Cured with brown sugar and sea salt, our Classic Smoked Salmon is gently smoked over oak shavings from retired whisky casks resulting in a mild, graceful flavour and moist texture.
This product is ready to consume without cooking. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving to release the full flavour of our Classic Smoked Salmon. Simply delicious with brown bread, butter and lemon wedges or scrambled eggs.
