Head Chef & Owner of Samphire Seafood Restaurant in Inveraray produces our Top Selling luxury fishcakes using Fynest Fish produce. These are the perfect accompaniment with Fresh Fish or a delicious lunch snack. Popular with kids too.

Made with approx 25% premium quality Smoked Haddock & Sustainable Salmon then coated in Panko breadcrumbs. These come with a scrumptious mornay sauce. Packaged in an eco box of 4 and are simply ready to pop in your oven.

Recommended use 2 days after delivery. Oven bake the Fishcakes at 180• for 20 mins.  Heat the sauce gently in sauce pan.

Allergen information available on request. Fishcakes are suitable for home freezing.
