Local chef from Inveraray’s Samphire Seafood Restaurant has produced a unique recipe using our own produce. These Luxury Fish cakes are made up with approx 25% premium quality fresh/smoked fish and they are finely coated in Panko breadcrumbs. The Mornay sauce comes in a separate recyclable tub.

Recommended use 2 days after delivery.
Oven bake at 180 for 20 mins. Heat the sauce in sauce pan or microwave. Sauce pot not suitable for microwave.
