Largie Cheese is a Caerphilly style cheese, made in Argyll. It is an Artisan, hand made product from pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet. The milk is sourced from the Kennedys Largievechtrean farm who have a single herd of Holstein Fresien cows. It is matured for three months. It is sweet on the nose, with a buttery texture, on the palate, there is a hint of lemon, then creamy sweet flavours with an earthy finish.
